2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.

3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be in its original condition
  • The product must be in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable) must be included

For defective or damaged products, we offer the following options:

6. Lifetime Warranty

All ShieldCase products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing flaws that cause the product to fail under normal use
  • Issues with fit specific to the device the product was designed for

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, or misuse
  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
  • Damage to the device being protected
  • Products that have been modified or altered

To claim under the lifetime warranty, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require photos of the defective product and proof of purchase.

7. Return Procedure

7.1. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation
  4. Include the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

7.2. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • For returns due to customer preference: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
  • For defective or incorrect items: ShieldCase will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
  • For warranty claims: ShieldCase will cover the return shipping costs

7.3. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. The inspection process typically takes 1-3 business days.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the same procedure as returns. In your communication with customer service, please specify the item you would like to exchange for.

If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

9. Refunds

10. Cancelled Orders

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure once you receive the item(s).

For cancelled orders, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

11. Right of Withdrawal (for EU Customers)

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
